Take a shot at winning a Unique Getaway
Enter our photography competition and be inspired this Autumn
|

Have you been lucky enough to capture the myriad of colours of a particularly breath-taking sunset from the vista of one of our properties? Did you have a blissful break away with family and manage to freeze that special moment in time with a great snap shot? Did you happen upon a rare wonder of nature whilst out for a ramble and want to flaunt your photographic expertise? Then we want to hear from you!
This is your space to parade those flamboyant dinner party photos, to exhibit your finest landscape shots, and to show us through the language of images what a uniquely talented bunch you are. In return for you sharing these exceptional moments with us, each month we'll select a winner who will have an image of their choice (from the Unique Home Stays website or otherwise) printed onto canvas.
The competition will run for a 12-month period, with the annual winner as chosen by the team winning a 3-nt stay at Little Cob in Cornwall.

Terms and Conditions
- The competition is open to both amateur and professional photographers.
- Entries from all ages welcome.
- Digital images to be submitted on disk (find our address here) or by email to photocompetition@uniquehomestays.com.
- If digital enhancement techniques have been used, they must be declared.
- Entries will be accepted in colour or black and white.
- Each entry should be accompanied by the entrant’s name, address, telephone number and caption (e.g. when where and why the photo was taken)
- Maximum three photos per entrant
- Photographs must have been taken by the entrant
- Any people in the photographs must give their permission for their portrayal in this medium
- Closing date for entries: Is the last day of the subsequent month (ie Octobers winners will be decided on November 30) with winners to be contacted within a week of closing date for entrants.
- All submitted entries become the property of Unique Home Stays upon receipt and we reserve the right to use entries for commercial purposes. Unique Home Stays also reserves the right to publish any entries in any form and at any time including on our websites, free of charge. Photographs will be credited to the photographer and captioned appropriately
- A winning photograph will be chosen monthly, the winning shot will be featured on the competition pages of Unique Home Stays as well as in the relevant property page, with the photographer credited accordingly. The winning monthly photographer will receive an image of their choice printed to canvas (*maximum size 20x20"). The annual winner as chosen by the UHS team will win a 3-nt break for two at the Little Cob in Cornwall
- The judge’s decision is final. No correspondence can be entered into regarding competition entries
