This is the 2nd property we have stayed in with UHS - both have been lovely and the service received from UHS has always been brilliant. Booking confirmations are immediate, the ability to pay and view the booking on-line is great and the people I speak to on the phone are always very helpful. I find the UHS website really easy to use with some fantastic explanations and photographs including maps to give me a really good idea what the properties are like before I make a booking. I like that as far as i can tell it holds details of some very good quality properties in some fabulous locations. The booking process is also nice and easy with payment reminders and quick responses to queries when required from your team.

I was so impressed with your website and how organised all the paperwork was on my account, everything ran like clockwork and Inglenook was lovely, exactly as pictured - often reality not the same but not in this case, will definitely be using you again and recommending you to others.

I think your website promises a great deal and from our experience, you deliver! The write ups on each property can be trusted and this is really important. Seapink Cottage is a beautiful cottage, very nicely furnished and settng certainly made it unique. The "remote" aspect was particularly appealing and we loved to the isolation. The Unique Boutique welcome hamper was extremely generous, the products were very high quality.

We have absolutely nothing but praise for UHS and will definately be using the company again. We only returned from Little Linhay last night and have gone online to UHS to see about arranging a short break in the coming months. Everything was fabulous and we cannot tell you how lovely the proprietors were - Rose Wood was fantastic and our welcome could not have been better. Ms. Wood and her husband Michael deserve much credit and praise for their wonderful property. It is a credit to them.We are planning a longer vist back to Little Linhay next year.

Lovely, helpful staff right from the start as I took a few days to make up my mind and faffed about quite a lot but was treated with patience and politeness. The website is very good, good pics, slickly done. Finally, Grogley Farm was lovely, incredibly homely and comfortable, it was a special and yet down to earth, thus perfect place to spend Christmas.

Very pleased with Unique Home Stays, a most professional and helpful and customer focused company with great staff. We rented North Rock in Sennen and it was all we could have wished for. Have to date tended to stick to two different cottage let companies but in terms of actually and truly listening to what the customer wants and matching their ideal with a property and location I would have to say Unique Home Stays are ahead of the game, possessing a great customer-driven attitude.

I stumbled across your websites a few weeks ago – and let's just say that I am glad that I did. I wanted to take my 3 girlfriends away for the weekend and we came across Wincanton On the website it looked lovely. In reality it blew all of us away. It was the most beautiful place ever. When you said that all the homes are personally hosted by the owners, who will welcome you like old friends deserving of lavish pampering, fine cuisine and exquisite lodgings and that they will share their local knowledge and make your stay an intimate and memorable one – you were not joking.

Suellen Dainty was our host and she could not do have done enough for all four of us. She is a remarkable woman and all four of us have nothing but the utmost respect for her. Nothing was too much for her and her suggestions for our day out were spot on. All our expectations were surpassed and we were sad to leave.
