A former hay barn converted to stunning cottage, Little Linhay offers a luxurious and secluded holiday in an enviable location in Dartmoor National Park.

• Style A combination of open plan living and classic architecture. Bedecked in minimalist style with a contemporary twist including beautiful Indian influences, textiles, photographs and trinkets. Split over three floors, with a spiral staircase connecting, whilst a very modern conversion, comfort has been considered throughout.
• Bedrooms and Bathrooms Two spacious, uncluttered bedrooms dressed in soothing colour schemes with a modern flavour. Choose from a mezzanine super king master suite with en suite bathroom complete with claw foot bath, or the ground floor super king (zip and link) with a spacious wet room.
• For relaxation the perfect retreat whatever the weather, from sinking into the sofa in front of the log burner and taking in the view to relaxing with a good book in the garden room or reclining on a sun lounger in the walled rose garden, you’re guaranteed to leave feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.
• Practicalities A huge 13kw wood burner and large dual fuel Smeg oven maintain a cosy ambience whatever the season. There is a utility space with dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, cloakroom with WC and driveway parking for up to two cars.

Outside

Little Linhay cottage is adjoined to the main coach house, where the owners reside. Although there is shared driveway with separate parking area, the property has been sensitively considered to respect the privacy of owners and clients. Little Linhay has its own entrance to the front of the property and a private cobbled and grass walled courtyard garden with wooden table for al fresco dining or simply sunbathing.
