This charming luxury barn conversion started life as a piggery before the owners bestowed upon it the gift of new life and transformed Old Pear Tree Barn into this idyllic Cornish holiday cottage. The open plan 'L'-shaped kitchen and dining area opens out into the courtyard and garden beyond, whilst the 'topsy-turvy' nature of Old Pear Tree Barn means the sitting room maximises the far-reaching views.   

• Style: Traditional Cornish barn conversion with a rustic French style cottage throughout.
• Bedrooms: Lie in bed and take in the views from the ground floor master double bedroom which benefits from en suite bathroom with shower over as well as French doors leading out to the pretty courtyard. Through the open plan kitchen-diner area around the foot of the 'L' sits the sweet twin room; small yet perfectly formed and perfect for children who enjoy nattering into the wee hours with no fear of disturbing grown ups! There's one ground floor shower room adjacent to the twin bedroom.
• For relaxation: Old Pear Tree Barn boasts enviable surroundings and a beautiful orchard garden so take full advantage with long country walks and sunny family picnics sat under the ancient fruit trees.

Old Pear Tree Barn's spacious courtyard is accessed from both the master bedroom and kitchen. There's plenty of outdoor space to enjoy whether reclining on the lawn of a summer's day or dining al fresco; an abundance of wild flowers, olive trees and colourful pots fill the space.
