Bedrooms and Bathrooms
Sleeping eight adults, or six adults plus three children, there are four gorgeous bedrooms to choose from at Selsey Beach House. The stunning Master Suite, complete with en suite bathroom, is a lovely light and airy room - sink into the super king-size bed from which you can take in the sea views - or spend some ‘me time’ with a good book on the balcony. The vibrant bunk room – resplendent in nautical red, white and blue, combines a bunk bed and single bed; perfect for two adults or three children. Encapsulating seaside living, you can enjoy fabulous sea views from the king-size double bedroom. These two bedrooms share a family bathroom, complete with shower and bath. On the ground floor, there’s a definite French flavour to the double room – complete with mahogany bed and armchair. There is a downstairs shower room with toilet and separate shower cubicle.
Winding through the postcard-pretty town of Selsey, the house is approached via a private lane and there’s a real feeling of getting-away-from-it-all as soon as you enter your coastal utopia. Set in a truly stunning position with panoramic views along the south coast, on a clear day enjoy the far-reaching views to the Isle of Wight. Head beach-ward in fine weather, and if you’re holidaying with little ones, in the garden of Selsey Beach House there’s everything from swings to slides and sandpits, as well as a ‘pirate ship’ for those with a lively imagination! Not forgetting the ‘Pimms patio’ perfect for a sun downer on a summer’s eve.
When the weather is clement, you’ll no doubt spend most of your time outdoors at this idyllic hideaway beach house; from enjoying al fresco breakfasts to sun downers surrounded by the mesmeric ocean vistas. When you do venture inside, the sitting room is the perfect kick-back-and-relax space complete with all the usual mod cons and a great selection of books.
There is parking for up to four vehicles at the property. The utility room has a washing machine and tumble dryer.

Property Consultant Julie says
Whilst furnished in a beautiful contemporary style, the charming ambiance of the beach house is reminiscent of that blissful golden era when the British seaside holiday reigned supreme. You can almost see the bathers hurrying down to the water´s edge clad in their stripy swimsuits!

FOOD AND DRINK
The duck-egg blue country kitchen has a fresh flavour. There’s everything you need to self-cater and cook up a storm including two fridges and a twin oven and espresso machine; perfect for a lazy start to the day complete with morning papers. The dining area is as perfect for a formal celebratory dinner as a relaxed finger food feast.
From a catered celebratory dinner for one night of your stay to home-cooked meals throughout, let an in-house chef prepare a mouth-watering meal for you and your party (on prior request and subject to an addition cost).
