An ancient manor house dating back to the 18^th century, the stone and terracotta structure of The Tuscan Villa has been sympathetically restored to maintain the style, history and culture of the area of Arezzo. A romantic hideaway in the foothills of Cortona, the property is centrally located for visits to Florence, Rome, Siena, Assissi and Perugia.

• Style: Elegant, lavish rooms and suites have been decked out in unique décor, with handmade antique furnishings and fine linens.  
• Bedrooms: 8 luxurious doubles rooms with mini bars, afford stunning views of the estate and the surrounding hills: 2 deluxe doubles, 2 deluxe junior suites, 1 classic suite, 1 deluxe suite, one standard cottage suite and a deluxe cottage suite. An additional 2 guests can be accommodated in each of the 3 suites.  
• Bathrooms: All rooms have private bathrooms or en suites with Jacuzzis and/or showers.
  For relaxation: Recline on a sun lounger around the large outdoor pool, or enjoy an aperitif in the bar.

• In-house cuisine: Local cuisine prepared by the in-house chef can be enjoyed in the atmospheric setting of the old wine cellar, or alfresco under gazebos by the swimming pool. A hand picked selection of fine regional wines will be served alongside seasonal menus tailored to your tastes. Choose from specialities such as local beef sirloin steak, guinea fowl, gnocchi, braised suckling pork and many more tastes of Italy. 
• Eating out:Your hosts recommend Osteria del Teatro and La Grotta, both located in the centre of Cortona.

Getting there:

• On the map: Situated 6km from Cortona, within the Tuscan hills that border Umbria.
• By car: From Pisa – Florence – Rome, exit the A1 motorway at Valdichiana/Bettolle and follow the signs to Cortona - Perugia. Instead of going out at the Cortona exit, drive further straight and exit at Castiglione del Lago. From there follow the signs to Cortona. After passing Terontola and a small village called Riccio, turn right towards Ossaia and pass through it. Drive straight until you reach a stop then turn right towards Pergo. One kilometre after passing the white sign of Pergo, turn right into the property.
• By train: The nearest train stations are Terontola (9km) and Camucia (6.5km) from where it is possible to get a taxi or rent a car.
• By air: The nearest airports are Perugia (55km), Florence (138km), Pisa (122km) and Rome’s Fiumincino airport (240km).
