Bedrooms and Bathrooms
There are four luxurious king-size bedrooms (one which can be arranged as a twin); each boast far-reaching views and the finest of linens, promising an uninterrupted blissful night's sleep with nothing but the distant lapping of the waves to disturb. The upper ground floor king-size en suite room has a private balcony, whilst the remaining three bedrooms (two of which are en suite) sit on the lower ground floor, each with access to the outside area. There is a separate W.C and additional family bathroom.
This luxury home stay boasts views from every aspect over the parish of St Just In Roseland and beyond, stretching down to the tidal creek of the Carrick Roads waterway and over the riverside gardens luxuriantly planted with semitropical shrubs and trees.
Kick back after a day's adventures and relax on the viewing deck as you take in the breath-taking Cornish sunsets. In colder months, open plan living makes for a sociable space from which you've still got the jaw-dropping views and amazing stargazing vistas to enjoy.
There is ample parking for up to three cars. There is a separate utility room equipped with washer and dryer. Please note that the glass balustrade on the staircase cannot accommodate a stair gate.
