Neptune House is a very special luxury self-catering property in St Mawes on the Roseland peninsula of Cornwall, perfectly situated for those with a love of sailing and 'messing about' on the water. Commanding mesmeric views over the harbour, the house is arranged in reverse, with the living areas on the first floor to make the most of those ever-changing seascapes.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms
Each of the four bedrooms are beautifully furnished to further enhance the characterful individuality of this luxury family home. The ground floor is home to a zip-and-link super-king double bedroom (which can also be arranged as a twin) with sea views and muted blues, as well as a characterful twin room accessorised with a nautical flavour. This floor also has a separate shower room with W.C. The first floor benefits from a shared family bathroom with stand-alone claw foot tub, plus a cosy double room with accents of red and nautical stripes which boasts its own en suite shower room. The master super-king double room is decked out in hues of muted grey to create a calming ambiance.
Neptune House is located in a quiet residential area just a pebble's throw from the harbour town of St Mawes. Positioned hillside, this luxury self-catering property has a quaint al fresco dining area to the side which is perfect for summertime BBQs. Just in front of the house over the single track, is an enclosed south-facing mature garden where children will delight in playing hide-and-seek amongst the azaleas.
The living room is situated on the first floor to truly take advantage of the stunning 180 degree views of St Mawes Bay, the Percuil River, Froe Creek and St Anthony's head. With views as good as these, once you've arrived you may be tempted to remain curled up in the window seat with the dramatic vistas providing the perfect backdrop to your day.

There are a good number of pubs and restaurants on the Roseland, most of which serve delicious food made using locally sourced ingredients. The Ship Inn at Portloe and The Kings Head at Ruan both offer hearty traditional pub grub in welcoming surroundings. The nearby Tresanton offers a fine dining experience of the highest calibre, early booking recommended!
