A haven of exclusive tranquillity close to England’s warmest and most southerly point, this stunning coastal cottage provides luxury self-catering accommodation in a unique setting in west Cornwall. The house has a superb location overlooking the Cornish coast and commands breathtaking sea and coastal views. Situated at the northern tip of the Lizard peninsula (an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty), Sea Cottage is an idyllic location for coastal walks and, as a perfect hideaway on the coast, is ideal for a small house parties, anniversaries or special family occasions.

• Style: Light-filled and bedecked with wood and stone, the cottage is both cosy and contemporary.
• Bedrooms and Bathrooms: Accommodation consists of one twin, one master king-size, one double bedroom and one double/twin downstairs. Downstairs, there's one bathroom and shower room (shower cubicle only); Upstairs there's one en suite & a family bathroom (bath with shower over).
• For relaxation: When the sun shines enjoy breakfast on the veranda overlooking the sea, or on colder days kick back by the log fire with a good book and a glass of wine.
  For recreation: The lounge has a television, Sky, video, DVD, and hi-fi.
• Practicalities: There is a fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, washing machine and dryer; logs and coal supplied for the fire; housekeeping once a week. Private, secure parking for 2 cars.

Outside

Beautiful gardens littered with exotic hardy shrubs and flowers that trail to the cliff's edge. Steps lead down to a pebbly beach from the garden, whilst the sandy shores of Church Cove can be reached within a 20-minute walk along the coast path.

Food and wine

• DIY: The property is available on a self-catered basis. Enjoy the sunny kitchen and the super sea view. Enhance your self-catered stay by adding bubbles and chocolates, a cream tea or fresh picnic from Unique Boutique.
  
• In-house cuisine: Breakfast is supplied for the first day and you will find cupboards stocked with essentials such as biscuits, tea and coffee. Catering is available at an additional cost and is to be arranged direct with the caterers. We are able to provide you with contacts for recommended caterers on request.
• Eating out: Two-minutes walk to the famous, award-winning Halzephron Inn at Gunwalloe that serves fantastic Cornish fare and local ales (01326 240406); Trelowarren’s award-winning New Yard Restaurant offers a sumptuous seasonal menu showcasing the best local produce (01326 221595); the cliff-top Mullion Cove serves great food with a gob-smacking view (01326 240328).
