Escape to a haven for all seasons. Ideal for couples, young families and those just want to get away from it all, this cosy holiday cottage offers a peaceful setting in rural North Cornwall.

• Bedrooms and Bathrooms: One double king-sized bedroom and one double/twin room. Both rooms are spacious and decked out to a high standard with luxury linens and thick, fluffy towels. The bedrooms share a spacious, contemporary bathroom (downstairs) with a bath, walk in shower, heated towel rail and under floor heating.
• For relaxation: Snuggle up by the log burner in the sitting room or fling open the French windows and let the summer breeze into your cosy abode.

The private estate encompasses The Watermill and the owners home in 100 acres of woodland, orchards, pastures and wild flower meadows. As well as an all-weather tennis court, a croquet lawn and vegetable garden, there are shared open plan lawns and an elevated decking to the rear where guests can enjoy a barbecue accompanied by countryside views and the soothing sounds of the working water mill.
