This romantic riverside cottage in Devon is the perfect haven to relax, unwind and enjoy peace and seclusion. Ensconced in nature, antiques accessorise this romantic getaway pad that’s just perfect for two.

• Style: Open plan studio living with an antique twist
• Bedrooms and Bathrooms: The Kingfisher Folly bedroom has large glazed double doors opening directly onto the terrace. A magnificent queen four poster bed and Georgian chandelier lend a feeling of grandeur and decadence. Recline in the double ended roll top bath with a glass of champagne. 
• For relaxation: Sink into the comfortable sofa with the double doors thrown open to listen to the evening birdsong.
• Practicalities: Laundry services are available on request. Landline telephone and freezer space available. Off-road parking for up to 2 cars. There is a bumpy single lane approaching the property. 

Outside

Attached on one side to a former mill house which also runs as a small B&B, Kingfisher Folly is set in a 28 acre, secluded wooded valley rich with wildlife – look out for red deer, buzzards, kingfisher, dragonflies and occasionally the otter and stoat during your stay. The property is private and enjoys its own extensive waterside gardens. Recline on a lounger on the terrace to make the most of the tranquil setting.
