• Bedrooms and Bathrooms: Choose from three very comfortable bedrooms, each offering tempting views of the rural countryside beyond. Dependant on the requirements of your group, there's one double room plus two rooms that can be either double or twin rooms. Sink into crisp linens and welcome deep cosy beds after a day in the Cornish air. Two of the bedrooms are en suite, both with showers. The luxurious family bathroom has a standalone bath and mood lighting.
• For relaxation: When the weather turns, cosy up by the fire in the cottage sitting room, or spill onto the sunny terrace in the summer months for a well-earned sundowner.
• Practicalities: Utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer, microwave. Off road parking for up to 4 cars.

A pretty cottage garden brimming with roses and summer blooms. A lovely BBQ area to the front of the farmhouse is arched with creeping honeysuckle leading to the spacious lawn beyond. Ample space to sit and relax under a shady tree, the garden leads round to the rear where the exposed raised pond is a characterful feature of this peaceful setting.
