• Style: Classic English country manor house with a subtle nod towards opulence. 
• Bedrooms and Bathrooms: Choose from three generous double en suite bedrooms or a spacious twin/double room with bathroom opposite. Elegant in style, the Master Suite has an open fire, in-laid marble bathroom, access to the Juliet balcony, and pretty accents of blue and cream reflecting the views out over the bluebell wood and beyond. The hand painted Chinoiserie wallpaper in the Chinese Suite offers a sense of exotic luxury, while the shower equipped with sauna function offers pampering opportunities aplenty. The Chinese Suite also has access to the Juliet balcony. The rich warm tones of the Library Suite create a welcoming space, enviable views out across the pond, and adjoining library room affords the opportunity for sublime relaxation. The twin room can also be arranged as a double zip and link, and has a shower room opposite. There is also a set of bunk beds for children aged 12+. Each bedroom has individual electronically-controlled temperature settings.    
• For relaxation: Take a stroll through the vast grounds of the Plush estate and quietly look on as wild deer graze the parkland. Idle away an afternoon in the library room with just a good book and blissful peace and quiet for company. 
• For recreation: Nearby Rye is an interesting historical harbour town with an array of boutique shops and delicious eateries. The golden dunes of nearby Camber is a popular place to enjoy long summer days.  
• Practicalities: Ample parking for several cars. If you bring your horse along, cost per horse is £150 (to include stabling, straw and hay).

Outside

The impressive estate surrounding Plush Manor is home to a fruitful kitchen garden, large pond complete with ducks, outdoor tennis court, parterre with boxed hedging, and 600-acres of land and wild meadows to explore. Weave your way through the overgrown archways and find your solace underneath the old apple tree, a perfect place to sit and ponder a while. Guests are welcome to bring horses with them (maximum of four) - stabling, grazing, straw and hay will be provided at a cost of £140 per week per horse.

Food and Wine

• DIY: Take full advantage of the Aga in the well-equipped spacious country kitchen and impress family and friends with your culinary wizardry! Subtle mod cons throughout ensure that whipping up a storm is always a pleasure.
• In-house cuisine: The grand dining room boasts a wealth of antiques and objets d'art and is a truly special place to host a decadent feast for 10 of your nearest and dearest. With expert catering taken care of by Plush Manor's in-house caterers (at an additional cost), fully-serviced dinner parties held here are sure to be talked about for years to come. Access to the dining room must be requested in advance. (On prior request, 16 guests can dine at an additonal cost of £500). Please note The dining room is only accessible to guests when employing the services of the in-house caterers for a fully-serviced dining experience. Crockery, silverware, glassware and linen can be hired from Plush Manor at an additional cost of £200 for up to ten guests and an additional £20 per person for up to sixteen guests. The house-keeper must also be hired.
• Eating out: Nearby Rye plays host to several world-class eateries including The George, and Webbes at The Fish Cafe.

• By Car: A 10-minute drive from Rye, approximately 1.5 hours from London.
• By Train: Rye Station is closest (change at Ashford International), with links to London St Pancras and the Eurostar to Paris.

Out and About

• The old part of nearby Rye offers a wide range of antique shops, art galleries, restaurants and an historic harbour. 
• Take a drive to nearby Hastings. This cosmopolitan town has a strong local arts community and is home to the largest beach-launched fishing fleet in Europe, as well as the remains of the first castle in England to be built by William the Conqueror and a preserved Old Town.
• Camber Sands is a popular sandy beach with picturesque dunes and interesting wildlife and well worth a visit come rain or shine.
• Enjoy an early evening's 'duck flighting' on the estate's private lake. Your personal gamekeeper will lead your group out to the wetlands just as light fades to experience this thrilling sport. At additional cost and on prior request.
