Bedrooms and Bathrooms

The master bedroom with super-king bed offers far-reaching south facing views and a large en suite shower room, as well as a flat-screen TV and access to the balcony. The second sea-facing bedroom with king-size bed shares access to the balcony and includes a flat-screen TV. A versatile twin bedroom has access to a private balcony overlooking the garden. An additional versatile twin is situated on the ground floor. In addition to the master en suite shower room, there are two bathrooms with separate modern walk-in showers and skylights, giving the illusion of showering under the stars. The clean, simple décor creates an invigorating experience.

Outside

Surrounded by over an acre of private garden with National Trust meadows beyond offering privacy. There is access from a gate at the bottom of the garden to footpaths leading to the beach. A large decked area hugs the Beach Haus exterior and offers the most fantastic views across the Dorset countryside. Cleverly-designed garden furniture encourages maximum sociability with the circular sofas – perfect for sun-riser buffet breakfasts.

For Relaxation

Kick back and relax in the light-filled open-plan sitting room with panoramic views of coast including large 8-seater sofa, enormous wood burning fireplace, and 42" flat screen TV with full Sky package. There's a large separate children's den with table football and a variety of toys, perfect for family groups.

Practicalities

A tarmac driveway leads to plenty of parking and a covered entrance. There is a small entrance lobby where coats and outdoor footwear can be stored. In the basement there is a utility room with washing machine and dryer, extra fridge and a freezer. The internet is fast enough for work at 7MB download speed with either Wi Fi or fixed Ethernet linked in all rooms as well as outside. This´Green Revolution´ Huf Haus has state-of-the-art insulation, air-source heat pump for powering the underfloor heating, and the roof is covered in Photovoltaic panels for generating electricity.
