Large luxury family home for hire in Chiddingstone, Kent

Ever After mingles 21st century contemporary design with antiquated notions that speak of 15th century Tudor charm, in a pitch-perfect harmony of old-meets-new. Outside offers acres of immaculate gardens, whilst inside juxtaposes restored inglenook fires, diamond-pane windows and exposed oak beams with minimalist design features of glass and polished steel. This luxury self-catering home sits near Chiddingstone in the High Weald's AONB, offering a sublimely stylish retreat for multi-generational family holidays.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms

Ascending the exquisite glass staircase, oak ledged doors open to five luxury bedrooms set upon smoked-oak floors; each appointed in peaceful neutral palettes with luxurious, crisp white bedding. The first floor master is a couples' sanctuary; flaunting a super-king four poster bed, freestanding egg-shaped bath and rainfall shower. This floor also boasts two further double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. A perfect family retreat sits on the second floor, featuring a king-size double bedroom with contemporary en suite along with a twin bedroom nestled in the eaves.

Approached by a gated driveway in an idyllic rural setting, families can look forward to endless summer days relishing Ever After’s quintessentially English country garden. Mature trees and beds of summertime blooms decorate the grounds like illustrations in a storybook, set on ribbons of luscious green lawns as neat as if they've been mown by Mr. Fussy himself! Little ones are sure to captivate their imaginations with their own ‘Little Miss Playhouse’, all year round putting green and outdoor swimming pool to splash about in until well past bedtime.

For Relaxation

Serene garden views create an attractive backdrop for private dips in the luxury egg-shaped bath; perfectly placed in the master suite for ultimate romantic bliss. A morning swim amidst picturesque country gardens followed by al fresco breakfasts makes for an uplifting start to the day before kicking back, relaxing poolside and penning down that nostalgic novel of your own. Evenings here are made for fireside gatherings or al fresco feasts around the red brick pizza oven.
