Client Care Advisor

We are incredibly excited about 2022 and invite applications for the role of Client Care Advisor to join our passionate, creative and innovative team.

In this role you will manage, investigate, and resolve guest and owner complaints. The ability to identify root cause, trends and working collaboratively with other areas of the business in preventing future issues is essential. This role is perfect for a diligent and empathic problem solver who can deliver a positive outcome for our guests and owners.

The Role

With no two days the same, your challenge is to treat each day and each communication as unique: handling each with care, diligence, and pace. This role is the voice for complaints, managing and administering the full complaints process, therefore building trusted and long-term relationships with our team and our discerning guests, owners and housekeepers is essential.

The Person

The ideal candidate will immerse themselves in our portfolio of outstanding luxury homes, having the opportunity of visiting them, mastering their distinctive quirks and qualities so that you can confidently resolve problems with a positive outcome for all.

You will be passionate about the challenge of providing exceptional customer service, innovative in your approach to resolution and committed to our exceptional standards. You will also be proactive in understanding the cause of complaints and excited about seeking and implementing ways to mitigate future complaints and further lifting our uncompromising high standards.

You will be part of a team working to ensure a consistent level of excellence and expertise in all communications, as you would expect when representing a luxury brand. Relevant complaints handling experience, especially that of providing a personal level of customer care in the luxury market would be a strong advantage.

The Specifics

  • This is a permanent full-time role, working 40 hours per week, including some weekends, evenings and bank holidays
  • Starting salary is 24,000 rising to 26,000 on successful completion of your probation period, plus an annual 5% discretionary bonus
  • You will have 22 days paid holiday plus bank holidays (nine in 2022), and your birthday off*

  • Hybrid working - Cornwall office and home based a possibility

Experience and Skills

  • Customer Service and complaint handling experience within a similar environment
  • Investigative and analytical skills, with the ability to multitask
  • An empathetic nature with the desire to reach the fairest outcome for guests and owners
  • Accomplished at crafting an excellent standard of written and verbal communication
  • Good working knowledge of the internet and IT skills including Outlook and Excel
  • A genuine interest and knowledge in beautiful properties and luxury travel
