Client Advisor

Unique Home Stays are seeking a weekend Client Advisor to work within our innovative and professional team just outside of Newquay. This a sales roles with a difference, perfect for someone who is confident, efficient and can deliver a truly unique customer experience.

Unique Home Stays is based in a modern open plan office set in the pretty countryside hamlet of Trebudannon. This weekend role is 15.5 hours between 9am and 6pm Saturday and 10am to 5:30pm Sunday with the potential for some possible evening and weekday cover, the role has a starting salary of £18,928 pro rata.

The Role

The role of a Client Advisor is wide and varied. You will often be the first voice of Unique Home Stays, building strong relationships with guests and owners alike. Your primary focus is to deliver a personable and memorable experience for our discerning clientele. This will include everything from providing a bespoke service to brides and grooms, helping arrange last minute luxury escapes to organising large celebratory occasions in a grand country house. The Person

The ideal candidate will immerse themselves in our portfolio of outstanding luxury homes, having the opportunity of visiting them, becoming an expert on all their distinctive quirks and revelling in sharing these with our clients. You will be passionate about the challenge of providing exceptional customer service, attentive to the needs of our exclusive clientele and confident in creating bespoke travel solutions.

You will be part of a team working to ensure a consistent level of excellence and expertise in all communications, as you would expect when representing such a prestigious brand. Relevant experience, especially that of providing a personal level of customer care in the luxury market would be a strong advantage.

Experience and Skills

  • A genuine interest and/or knowledge in beautiful properties and luxury travel
  • Able to work on own initiative
  • Good working knowledge of the internet and IT skills including Outlook and Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
