“Neither of us are fans of rental homes where the kitchen knives are blunt, there are no cooking ingredients in the cupboard, and the sheets and towels are not of the standard you are used to at home. We wanted to create a place that was the antithesis of that; that we would eagerly look forward to visiting.”
