Most of our catered properties flaunt menus brimming with fresh local ingredients, and at self-catering properties arrive to hampers of local produce and organic veggie boxes (by arrangement). Take a break in an 1830’s country lodge decked out in contemporary farmhouse style with log burners, plush reception rooms and sumptuous suites. This tranquil house-party retreat not only boasts Devon’s sandy beaches on one side and Exmoor on the other, but it is also part of an organic estate. Tuck into the organic bread and free-range eggs waiting in your welcome hamper, stock up on local produce from the farm shop next door, or organise a local chef to cook up a sumptuous celebratory feast using ingredients fresh from the estate.

A country manor and organic estate for exclusive house parties
Make yourself at home amongst the luxuries of a Tudor and Georgian architectural jewel in Devon, and dine on organic meat and produce reared and grown on its magnificent 500-acre organic estate (certified by the Soil Association). Sprawling to the banks of the River Tavy, the grounds are home to South Devon cattle, Cheviot sheep, chickens and a range of farm fresh ingredients used by the resident chef to conjure up delicious menus. Luxury self-catering barn conversion a stone’s throw from the North Cornish coast
Set in 160-acres of farmland rolling towards the sea, Mill Rock boasts chic interiors that prove eco-accommodation doesn’t have to be dowdy. Offering a stylish haven in two beautifully decked out 18th century stone barns, once you step inside the ambience is more ‘boutique country house’ than ‘farm-building conversion’. Wincanton Farmhouse, Somerset
Luxury farmhouse accommodation
Bring your horse on holiday with you when you escape for a luxury farmhouse break in the Somerset countryside. As well as the stables and 3-acre field, the grounds have got apple, plum and pear orchards, and there’s a flock of Jacob’s sheep in the pastures. Once you manage to rise from your Emperor- or king-sized bed, you’ll find the breakfast table crammed with the likes of freshly baked breads, fruit from the orchards (try the blueberry pancakes) and eggs collected fresh from the hens and served with smoked salmon or kippers: what doesn’t come from the farm is the best organic produce sourced locally.
