A contemporary luxury self-catering river home on the coast in St Just In Roseland, Cornwall. The central atrium is encircled by a staircase which spirals from top to bottom offering a unique focal point for design lovers. You'll find it difficult to tear yourself away from the mesmeric coastal views at River House, especially when reclining on the deck - the perfect spot to watch the boats go by. 

Bedrooms and Bathrooms

There are four luxurious king-size bedrooms (one which can be arranged as a twin); each boast far-reaching views and the finest of linens, promising an uninterrupted blissful night's sleep with nothing but the distant lapping of the waves to disturb. The upper ground floor king-size en suite room has a private balcony, whilst the remaining three bedrooms (two of which are en suite) sit on the lower ground floor. The master bedroom and the bedroom without the en suite both have access to the outside. There is a separate W.C, as well as an additional family bathroom (with bath) on the lower ground floor. 


This luxury home stay boasts views from every aspect over the parish of St Just In Roseland and beyond, stretching down to the tidal creek of the Carrick Roads waterway and over the riverside gardens luxuriantly planted with semitropical shrubs and trees. 

For Relaxation

Kick back after a day's adventures and relax on the viewing deck as you take in the breath-taking Cornish sunsets. In colder months, open plan living makes for a sociable space from which you've still got the jaw-dropping views and amazing stargazing vistas to enjoy. 


There is ample parking for up to three cars. There is a separate utility room equipped with washer and dryer. There is a dishwasher and coffee machine. Please note that the glass balustrade on the staircase cannot accommodate a stair gate. There is a gym room at the property for you to enjoy.
