Steeped in authentic seafaring charm, this small traditional, fishing village is a hidden gem on the Lizard Peninsula. Its picturesque coastline, harbour village and crescent shaped beach makes for a soothing holiday by the sea.

Children’s Attractions The Seal Sanctuary is a must for animal lovers, just a short drive away to the sweet village of Gweek. Let the injured and orphaned seal pups pull on your heartstrings and observe these adorable creatures up close. For the inquisitive Paleontologist amongst the group, follow a jurassic journey and explore fossilised Dinosaur remains at Flambards amusement park in Helston. Walk through history; explore Victorian villages and Britain in the Blitz at Flambard’s award-winning indoor attractions. Coverack is home to Roskilly’s ice cream, a working Cornish organic farm based; they invite you to meet the animals, stroll around the meadows and enjoy homemade sea salt caramel cones with literally zero food miles.

Coastal Activities in Coverack Take a walk around Coverack’s harbour and sweeping stretch of golden sands where four-legged friends are welcome all year.
