Don't Forget the Walking Boots! Set in the middle of the North Yorkshire National Park in an area of special scientific interest, there are numerous country walks starting straight from the front door of the cottage, a favourite being a circular walk along the beach to Robin Hood’s Bay where you can enjoy traditional fish and chips and Yorkshire ale.

Fore! A local hotel just 20 minutes walk away has a nine hole golf course overlooking Robin Hoods Bay with breath-taking panoramic cliff-top views. Golf, as well as tennis, swimming and other leisure pursuits, can be arranged for you on request.

In Less Clement Weather... Should the weather keep you indoors - or if you cannot tear yourself away from the cottage's views - a number of board games and books are available for your enjoyment. Or just snuggle up by the log fire and enjoy an afternoon with your nose in a good book!

Nearest Beaches 2.8 miles via coast path, or 11.5 miles by road to Robin Hood's Bay.
