Inside
The Polo Farm exudes all the warmth of a traditional Cotswolds country house, with the addition of elegant interior features and original Aboriginal artwork all tied together by renowned London designer Justin Van Breda. Whether sinking into library classics beside the fireplace or enjoying the Sky Q and multi-room Sonos sound system; this luxury self-catering country home flaunts every mod con a discerning family could wish for. Outside
Set in 30 acres of beautiful private grounds, The Polo Farm sits amidst a verdant idyll overflowing with life. In spring, watch as the wildflower woods transform into a sea of bluebells and in summer, pick herbs from the garden to season local fare sourced from the UK's best farmer's markets nearby. The outdoor stone table seats the whole party for al fresco suppers, where an antique Indian firebowl makes an impressive centrepiece. As the children flit between games of cricket, badminton and table tennis, chatter away until day turns to night.

From the owner
“The Polo Farm is situated on a stunning ridgeline overlooking a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Whether it is an early morning mist in the valley or a beautiful sunrise breakfast overlooking the parklands with the scent of freshly cut flowers, for us it is the perfect way to start the day.”

Situated in 30 acres of meadows and parklands, the original building was built somewhere about 1600 in natural Cotswold stone and was part of the large Middle Lypiatt Estate. It was extensively and meticulously renovated and extended between 2014 and 2016 and was completed in a full interior design project by Justin Van Breda.
Much of the original interior materials have been maintained, however, the renovation and interior design gives the house a sense of openness to match its surroundings and is perfect for comfortable modern living.
From the front door there are many stunning walks and rides to enjoy, as well as fantastic family-friendly activities, pubs, restaurants, markets, farm shops, cinemas and so much more.

Guest Testimonials
We left The Polo Farm this morning and had a really lovely stay - by far one of the most memorable properties we have stayed at. The kids and dogs loved it. We really appreciated how comfortable, stylish and welcoming the house was. I am already planning my next visit!
May I say that my sister and all her family very much enjoyed their stay at The Polo Farm . It is an amazing house with very good facilities in a wonderful location. I am sure they would enjoy a return visit if their travels take them to the Cotswolds. Thanks must also be given to the housekeeper who was utterly charming and very helpful both to me and also to my sister. Our very best wishes to you and to the owner for continuing success as he further develops the property.
