This large self-catering luxury country home near Petworth in West Sussex exudes luxurious awe-inspiring grandeur and will have guests' jaws dropping from the moment they glimpse this bounteous home at the end of the sweeping drive. There's even an elevator which ensures zipping between all four floors is a breeze. Work out in the gym, recline in the hot tub, or enjoy a game of ten pin bowling down in the lower ground floor relaxation zone, before riding the lift back up to discover the delights on offer within the rest of the house. 

Bedrooms and Bathrooms

There are seven beautifully appointed king-size double bedrooms boasting views over the private grounds. The second floor has four double bedrooms at the top of the grand staircase, each with a luxurious four-poster bed, en suite with bath tub and shower, and a quirky mezzanine snug area. On the first floor sits the grand master suite which benefits from two expansive en suite bathrooms with stand alone bath tubs, walk-in rain showers, and floor-to-ceiling windows to make the most of the views. On the first floor there is also a French-style bedroom with en suite shower room, plus an additional king-size room with an en suite featuring a bath tub and separate shower. The gym and sauna area in the lower ground floor has two shower rooms for changing. 


Cornucopia is set in 40 acres of exquisite parkland with private lake and jetty, outdoor swimming pool (heated from May-September) and manicured lawns all surrounded by majestic oak trees to ensure complete privacy. Is there anything else? Well it's Cornucopia, of course there is! Budding tennis champs can hone their skills on the outdoor tennis court, whilst little ones will enjoy working up an appetite on the trampoline before being reluctantly summoned for dinner. Adjacent to the house next to the pool is an under cover reclining area offering a slice of the Mediterranean- a stylish al fresco space for enjoying an evening tipple as the sun sets over the trees.

For Relaxation

The opportunities for entertainment and rejuvenation are limitless at Cornucopia, but should you want to explore the local area you'll find that from the tranquil beauty of the Weald, to the dramatic sweep of the coast, West Sussex has plenty to discover. The twinkly starry ceiling and swathes of luxe fabrics in the Moroccan-style relaxation room on the lower ground creates a divine haven for enjoying some blissful 'me time' away from the main house. 


There is ample parking space in front of the house for several cars (please note that the garages are not available to guests). The main kitchen and sitting room are on the ground floor, but there are also sitting rooms, kitchens on the lower ground floor.
