Unique Folk 

The Unique Folk Loyalty Programme operates under the terms and conditions as set out below, in conjunction with Unique Homestays standard Booking Terms and Conditions.

 

By using your points to receive or redeem benefits you agree that you have read and accepted these terms;

1. Points cannot be exchanged for a cash alternative, nor will any negotiations be entered into regarding the exchange of points.

2. Points are awarded at a value of one point for every £1 you spend. When spending points the value of one point is £0.02 of a booking, this is standard across all bookings but may vary with promotions. Unique Homestays reserve the right to alter this without notice.

3. Third parties companies, including concierge companies, are not applicable to apply for this programme. 

4. Points are only accepted on the accommodation cost of each booking; points cannot be applied to add-ons such as dogs, additional cleaning or extras including catering.

5. If you cancel or make a change to your booking resulting in a refund, points will be reversed to the value of any refund at the same rate they were awarded.

6. Points are valid for 24 months. If not used or topped up via another booking, all points will expire.

7. A cautionary deposit is due to the value stated at each property when making a booking, points can not be used towards this refundable deposit. 

8. The scheme is applicable to bookings confirmed on or after July 4th 2020
