This autumn, we’ve partnered with Biscuiteers to gift a stay at Hansa - the Brothers Grimm inspired ‘gingerbread’ cottage for two - along with an annual letterbox biscuit subscription for an indulgent winter escape.
To commemorate the start of cosy season, we're gifting a three-night stay at our very own 'gingerbread house', Hansa in Shropshire. Embodying the storybook cottage from the Brothers Grimm fairytale that inspired its name, Hansa resides beside a private lake deep in a wooded glen. One of the cosiest cabins in our collection, if its puffing chimney and marshmallows left for toasting don't quite entice, then cast your eyes to its bubbling wood-fired hot tub beside the lake.
Alongside your stay at Hansa, we’ve partnered with Biscuiteers on a giveaway to be savoured long after your forest escape. Renowned for their sweet-treat artistry, and with a range that includes brownies, macaroons and gingerbread houses alongside their signature biscuit range, the winner of the prize will enjoy a year's worth of their signature iced biscuits – handmade, decorated and packaged – with a monthly letterbox subscription.

The prize
The winner will receive:
- A luxury three-night stay at Hansa in Shropshire for two guests, along with a monthly Biscuiteers Letterbox subscription for 12-months.
- The stay is valid between 13th October 2025 and 31st March 2026 (excluding bank holidays and school holiday periods).
- The competition closes at 5pm on Monday 13th October. The winner will be announced via email within one week of the closing date.
Terms and Conditions
- Entrants must be over 18 and agree to receive exclusive updates and offers from Unique Homestays and Biscuiteers.
- By entering, you acknowledge the Unique Homestays Privacy Policy.
- The prize must be booked within 30 days of the competition end date.
- The stay is not permitted during peak season or on/around public holidays. Blackout dates include UK Bank Holidays and school holidays.
- The prize cannot be transferred or exchanged for a cash alternative.
- Two well-behaved dogs are welcome at an additional charge of £60 per pet per week or part thereof.
- The Biscuiteers subscription will be valid for 12 months from date of issue.
Winners must adhere to Unique Homestays' standard booking T&Cs, including payment of a £250 cautionary deposit, and Biscuiteers' T&Cs.
