Bedrooms and Bathrooms
Seven spacious bedrooms are spread over two floors, each boasting individually-styled interiors and views out over the gardens. The first floor has three double bedrooms; the spacious four-poster master suite has a beautiful en suite bathroom with deep claw foot bath tub, walk-in shower and a dressing room to allow plenty of pamper space. There is an additional king-size pink room with en suite bathroom with bath tub, plus another first floor king-size double bedroom with luxury linens and views over the garden. The second floor comprises three king-size bedrooms (one with en suite bathroom with overhead shower) and a twin room perfect for children, featuring an en suite bathroom with overhead shower. The tree-lined driveway on approach to this impressive property gives a suggestion of the grandeur to come. With secluded romantic gardens featuring ornate fountains, secret pathways and a hidden treehouse which will delight children- the gardens at Florin provide guests young and old with an enchanting space to explore and enjoy. The jewel in the crown is the stunning glass-fronted garden house, complete with woodburner, television, pizza oven, stone barbecue, fridge, wine cooler, hanging chair and rustic benches - providing a stylish space for entertainment in every season.
Ceredigion offers plenty of opportunities for coastal jollies and good old fashioned days at the seaside, as well as walking opportunities a-plenty for keen ramblers. If you can't bear to leave the comfort of your luxury abode, find your favourite spot and relax within the five acres of manicured gardens in summer time, or cosy up in front one of the roaring fires with a hot toddy following a family feast in the dining room (rack of Welsh lamb, naturally) during winter months.
There is parking for up to five cars at the side of the house, as well as a car park which will take 30 cars. The butler's pantry is equipped with extra cupboard space and a dishwasher (meaning no more squabbles over who is doing the dishes!), whilst the outside utility room has a washing machine and tumble dryer.

Property Consultant Clare says
The gardens are simply exquisite and almost have a romantic ´Alice in Wonderland´ feel to them; from the ornate fountains to the secret gardens and magical pathways entwined with roses, I almost expected to turn the corner to see the Mad Hatter´s tea party in full swing!

FOOD AND DRINK
It doesn't come more enviable than the superbly well-equipped kitchen and dining areas at Florin. There is a spacious contemporary open-plan family kitchen and sociable breakfast area, the modernity of which is interestingly juxtaposed with a more traditional country kitchen-style with the addition of a quaint dresser and large range cooker. The dramatic dining room seats up to 14 guests and is the perfect space to host dinner parties which will be remembered for years to come.
If you'd rather spend your self-catering break indulging in the little luxuries, let an in-house chef prepare a mouth-watering meal for you and your party (on prior request and subject to an additional cost).
The bevy of harbour towns and coastal villages nearby means that opportunities to sample the freshest fish landed that very morning are numerous. Try the The Hungry Trout in nearby New Quay for lobster and seafood; or the Harbour Master in Aberaeron (four miles away) for great food in a contemporary setting.
