A very lovely and beautifully cared for house and gardens, and accessible rural surroundings. A weekend was definitely too short.

The location was perfect for us. It was close to the M4 as well as half an hour from many of the attractions we wanted to visit in The Cotswolds (however we only ended up going to a couple as we just wanted to stay and enjoy the house!). We booked The Palladian because it had its own swimming pool and tennis court. We are used to staying in hotels where swimming pools and tennis courts have restricted access times so having these available at any time made it the perfect place for us. My children also loved the added bonus of the trampoline!

Wow! What a house and garden! We celebrated a delayed 70th birthday and loved being together again as an extended family. The cousins have adored the pool, tennis court, and football pitch. It has been great to take time away from busy lives to take a breath and recharge. The house was absolutely spotless on arrival, we appreciated the fresh flowers and thoughtful hamper. What a special treat.

Thank you for a lovely half term stay with family. Many memories were made at this lovely residence, sitting by the fire, playing tennis with the kids, the boys playing with the nerf guns and doll house, the treehouse and the trampoline.

Arriving at the gated entrance of The Palladian made us all so excited for our stay! This home-from-home is grand yet relaxed, comfortable yet stylish and simply a perfect space to retire after a busy day exploring. We have had the most fantastic weekend here with our large family. It was the perfect place to celebrate my husband´s 70th birthday and he has loved it. We all adored the pool, cinema room and everything there is to do around the place. I´d love to think we´ll be back at some point in the future!

A beautiful and well-presented home. We spent a very relaxing and lazy week here, even one rainy day stuck in left us with plenty to amuse. The heated pool is such a treat. Children loved the cinema room - one would happily live in it!

We absolutely loved The Palladian. There is plenty of space for all concerned and the kids loved the heated pool and other activities. It was great to have the space to escape for a quiet read! We love a bit of luxury and this house certainly gave us that. We would not hesitate to use Unique Homestays again in the future.

We had an absolutely fantastic weekend! We all enjoyed the hot tub and the pool, and the children made the most of all the other activities, including the cinema room! I hired a chef for Saturday evening which was the day of my husband´s 70th, and we had the most amazing meal and were waited on hand and foot! We went out to a local pub for Sunday lunch but apart from that, we just enjoyed the house which was amazing! I would like to think that we will all return in the future. It was the perfect place for our birthday celebrations!
