Photoshoots at Skyfall

Overview

On the outskirts of the South Downs National Park near Brighton and within two hours of central London, this unique shoot location near Billingshurst will appeal to a wide range of project briefs, from television filming to luxury product launches. Vaulted ceilings, exposed oak framework and floor-to-ceiling windows allow light to flow freely throughout while an open iron staircase forms the twisting spine of the house. Across the grounds, film interviews between homegrown vegetables, drive vintage cars along the pebbled drive or capture models as they swan dive into the heated outdoor swimming pool on frosty winter mornings.

Whatever project needs bringing to life, there’s sure to be a brightly-lit balcony, plush sofa or ceiling-height inglenook fireplace that fits the bill at Skyfall. A speakeasy influenced bar (made entirely out of recycled aeroplane parts) hides within the private aircraft hangar just 15 minutes away, which perfectly lends itself to drinks adverts or television series scenes, while the gym, sauna and outdoor heated swimming pool will ignite imagery of wellness and self-care for health and beauty brands. A large open-plan living area encompassing a lounge, dining room and modern kitchen are the heart of this meticulously appointed West Sussex country home.

• PracticalitiesThere is parking available for up to ten cars on both the long drive and separate parking area. If larger vehicles and catering vans are required on site, use of the paddock can be arranged prior to booking. The kitchen includes a large gas and electric Range cooker, gas hob, induction hob, Quooker taps, two dishwashers, two large fridge-freezers and a Sage coffee machine, along with a neighbouring ante kitchen with a fridge, electric oven and hob. There are two outhouses, both including a fridge-freezer and electric oven. The outdoor kitchen includes a pizza oven, sink fridge and two barbecues. Both kitchens available on prior request

• By train The journey time to nearby Billingshurst from London Victoria is just over an hour, with trains running approximately every 30 minutes, followed by a 20-minute taxi ride.
• By air Gatwick Airport is approximately 30 minutes away by car, while Heathrow Airport is around an hour away, both with taxis and car hire are easily available.
