Wow - what an incredible property! The owners were exceptionally accommodating - Recommending private chefs to suggesting the best spots on the property to host our main dinner party. The house itself is stunning with cosy living rooms, comfortable bedrooms, and spacious dining areas that made hosting effortless. The pool house was a real highlight, with its terrace and al fresco cooking area creating a fantastic social hub for our group. Between the hot tub, pool, and padel court, there was something to keep every guest entertained.

A very big thank you for your lovely warm welcome to Gulliver´s Hall. We have had the most amazing time celebrating our 50th Wedding Anniversary with our family. The house is beautiful, with lots of nooks for everyone to enjoy with everything we could possibly wish for. We have all enjoyed the pool house and breakfasts on the terrace. The highlight for the grandchildren was the owners´ kind invitation for the children to see the newborn calves, and they were thrilled with their "farm safari"! Something they will never forget. What a wonderful weekend we have spent at Gulliver’s Hall. The house was stunning with equal measures of old-fashioned charm and modern comfort. We thoroughly enjoyed the facilities and a special mention for the padel court. As a family that loves racquet sports, it was a treat to stay somewhere with a court. The playing surface was one of the best we’ve played on! It was very new and very well kept. And then relaxing in the hot tub in the winter sunshine was simply glorious. 100% recommend this lovely location.

We have had a fabulous time here in this beautiful place. Everything about this house, the grounds and the owners have meant we have had the most wonderful, fun, relaxing and full week! We have so appreciated the comfort, the decor and facilities. It all has a lovely, homely feel, and also a gorgeous and special place to be.

Magical! From the first time we came to Gulliver´s Hall, magical was the world that came to mind, and Kate and Martin´s attention to detail, warm and welcoming manner was the icing on the cake! Everyone in our party had a wonderful time and enjoyed all that their beautiful home had to offer. It is sad to go but we have created memories that none of us will forget. We look forward to returning in the future.

Gulliver´s Hall is a fabulous place to spend a week. We have loved being here with so much to do, it has been hard to leave! Perfect for our get together with family and friends and our hosts couldn´t have been more helpful. The private chefs recommended have been a great addition to a wonderful holiday!

Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in this beautiful house. It is so fabulously equipped and we absolutely loved the beautiful furnishings. We used the croquet, table tennis, swimming pool, jacuzzi and tennis court and enjoyed fantastic walks every day from the house. To top it all off we have had a great week of weather. Thank you!

We booked Gulliver’s Hall for a special occasion as we felt that the property would be unique, luxurious and full of amenities to suit all. Gulliver’s Hall was all of this and more. It is a very special, utterly beautiful property, in a stunning location and we all fell in love with it immediately.

The property was of the highest standard in decor and furnishings. The superb weather enabled us to make the most of the excellent outdoor facilities. We greatly appreciated the personal and warm welcome we had from the owners. The wonderful hamper of local goods was much enjoyed!

The total package of Gulliver´s Hall was amazing. I have to say that it exceeded my expectations and all the other guests too. The location was simply amazing. We were very lucky to have a beautiful week of weather and it truly felt that we were transported to another world while we relaxed in the sun by the pool and watched the children having a fantastic time. The owners were so welcoming and helpful, I could not have wished for a better experience from start to finish.

Hailing from Durham, Houston TX and Genova Italy this group had a spectacular trip. This house and the fantastic owners made sure we had everything we would need. The estate is an impressive blend of history, design and modern amenities. As a chef, I was able to create big meals easily with a plethora of equipment and excellent ranges. What a magical place!! Wow, what an amazing place! We celebrated our mum´s 90th year in such fantastic style with wonderful surroundings. Absolutely everything was spot on! We´ve really enjoyed everything about this very special house.

The perfect property for a multi-generation get-together! We have just spent the weekend celebrating a 70th birthday with our family from different parts of the country, aged from 2-70 at this amazing property and what a time we had! From the wonderful welcome from the owners who couldn’t do enough for us, the delicious flapjack with 70 on the top - such a special touch, and the perfect hamper of local goods to the outstanding standard of the house and facilities. Our trip to Gulliver´s Hall was amazing. The owners were absolutely incredible hosts. They looked after us so well and were so kind. This was our first weekend away as a whole team together, and this house worked perfectly. We couldn´t fault it, and the fact that there was a pool house to keep the party going, and the main house to relax was amazing. I´d definitely recommend this home for any team building or offices that want to get away with the team.

We have stayed in many lovely houses over the years but yours is truly special for so many reasons. It works so well for a large group and you have taken such care in perfecting every aspect of decorating and outfitting this extraordinary home.

Had the most incredible stay in this gorgeous house, I felt like royalty sleeping in the amazing four poster bed. Starting the day with a swim and hot tub before making breakfast in the wonderful kitchen is really special. The surroundings are so beautiful and we even saw a deer on the lawn one afternoon! The huge dining table means everyone can sit together, this property really does have everything!
