This is our second time at the cottage and truly find it to be very peaceful plus the benefit of having all the amenities of home. Its in a great location with so many great walks on the doorstep with our dog. The cottage is extremely well equipped and comfortable. The location and cottage is a magical holiday! Also have to comment on the excellent, proactive service that the team at Unique Homestays provides - so thank you! We will be back again.
We felt incredibly lucky to be able to stay in this beautiful cottage, we loved the space, lovely furnishings and artefacts, light in the conservatory, incredibly comfortable beds. Everything felt very thoughtful and generous and we very much hope to come back. A highlight for all of us was daily morning swims in the sea followed by a shower and hot tub.
We had a fabulous break and both us and the dogs loved it. Stunning location, picture perfect cottage and gardens and all facilities were exactly as described. We will be returning next year.
The cottage was gorgeous, very clean, roomy and we loved the touches like the blankets on the sofas, the dressing gowns, slippers and the amazing welcome pack that was waiting, particularly all the vegan products. The card for our wedding and the beautiful roses were really appreciated; they lasted so well that we took them home with us. We´ve never had such a well equipped homestay and having two fridges and a large freezer were appreciated as we stocked them up and remained inside when the weather was horrid. The hot tub was wonderful and we stayed in the cottage more than we planned to because it was so comfortable.
The property was beautiful, we really enjoyed our stay here. The bed was the comfiest I´ve ever stayed in! We were certainly not ready to leave but we can´t wait to return one day.
All great, good service, lovely property and all around fabulous experience. We even had sunshine! Thank you for allowing us to create such wonderful memories here in Wales!
Great venue and all of the facilities were explained very clearly to us prior to our stay and also throughout. Thank you for a real 5-star experience, we would love to book another stay.
The decor was lovely - very calming. An added bonus for our kids was the horse and the owner made them very welcome and responded to any messages quickly and helpfully. The gardens were also beautiful and the hot tub was an extra bonus!
Beautifully presented property, those small touches such as sufficient shower gel for the week - not that we used it - gave the impression that for future visits all we needed to bring would be some walking clothes, and the dogs’ food!
We really enjoyed our stay there everything had been thought about, from having the iPad, bathrobes, Sky tv etc...the welcome basket was super too. Thanks so much, we would love to return!
We loved everything about White Beach Cove - it was exactly as described. The property was even better in reality! The standard and quality of the property is second to none. Thank you!

Introduction
Once the social hub for workers making their way to and from the local quarry, White Beach Cove has companionship and cheer cemented between its Welsh stone walls. Just a short ramble from Anglesey’s undulant coast path, spend days watching sea birds glide on thermals from the cottage garden, fishing for supper from the shore of the nearest beach and exploring Wales’ largest island’s forests, footpaths and lakes.
Inside
A 200 year old cast iron range oven and fireplace takes centre stage in the lounge, filling the whole cottage with crackling warmth on those roiling Anglesey days when the sea almost kisses the windows. A TV room with a sofa large enough for the whole gang to cuddle up on invites movie marathons and long evenings setting the world to rights over wine, while three marshmallow-coloured bedrooms tempt long lie-ins and coffee in bed.
Outside
Ice climbing, ridge scrambling and cold water plunging; Eryri (Snowdonia) National Park and the glut of adventures hiding within lie just a short drive over the Menai Bridge. Without crossing water, Anglesey is fit to burst with picturesque lighthouses perched on sea stacks, nature reserves and beaches that wouldn’t look out of place in the Med. As the day draws in, gather around the al fresco dining table for a fresh supper of local produce before sinking into the hot tub, bottle of fizz to hand.

The Isle of Anglesey
Untamed, remote and with a fierce spirit all unto itself, Anglesey´s small but mighty footprint is awash with castles and forests, nature reserves and miles upon miles of dramatic coast path. Days spent on this Welsh island are wild, free and filled with nature´s magic.

Getting there
- On the map White Beach Cove sits on the northern coast of the Isle of Anglesey, just under four miles from Beaumaris and eight from the Menai Bridge.
- By car White Beach Cove is approximately five and a half hour's drive from London.
- By train Llanfairpwllgwyngyllgogerychwyrndrobwllllantysiliogogogoch train station (or Llanfairpwll for short) is ten miles away from the cottage, with services to Birmingham and Cardiff connecting to London and the rest of the country.
- By air Both Liverpool and Manchester airports are around two hours' drive away, both with car hire services available.

“We have always loved this particular area of the magical island of Anglesey with its rolling hills, lush greenery, extensive wildlife and cold water swimming.”
We have a long family history with White Beach Cove, going back over 50 years when we befriended the original owner at the beach you will find just a ten minute stroll down the lane.
We are lucky that the house is in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and it’s perfect for walking as it sits on the Isle of Anglesey Coastal Footpath, which stretches 125 miles in total.
There's plenty to do here, with miles of public footpaths and some testing hills if you’re a keen cyclist. For lovers of cold water swimming, the nearby beach is perfect for taking a dip throughout the year, with the waters warmed by the Gulf Stream. This spot also poses the perfect opportunity for keen fishers, where catching supper can almost be guaranteed.
Snowdon Mountain is only a 40-minute drive away, although Eryri (Snowdonia) National Park itself can be entered just on the other side of the Menai Bridge; here, adventure awaits for those who seek it.
