The garden was the most magical place, with the beautiful river and the games shed keeping us all very entertained. The places the owners recommended were excellent. We also met Billy, the most adorable puppy we´ve ever seen. The pasties from Gear Farm nearby are the best pasties in the world. We´re definitely coming back!

We´ve had a fabulous stay at this truly wonderful cottage and its lovely garden! The Lizard is as great as always. We´ve never seen the sea so flat and calm. Cadgwith is worth a visit as is the church of St Grada - Peaceful and lovely! Gear Farm pasties are a must - they deserve their credit and praise. Fish bought at Quayside, Porthleven, is top-notch and cooked with the firepit, which was a real treat. A great week, and we would happily return to this great cottage and garden.

We have had an amazing time! The cottage is beautiful. The weather has been great, and we have loved sitting in the garden of an evening, watching the butterflies and dragonflies floating around the stream. Luna our dog also enjoyed having a dip in the stream. Thanks for a great week.

A wonderful, relaxing break in this idyllic spot. This lovely cottage had everything we needed, and the weather was great. Enjoyed walks at Frenchman´s Creek and Temayne Quay. Even watched Pilot Gig racing at Marazion.

We had a lovely time at Tangle Belle, as it is such a special place and beautifully furnished and decorated. The weather was a bit damp for our few days, so the warmth of the Aga was very welcome. Loved the welcome cream tea, strawberries, sourdough bread, and fresh eggs and bacon for a delious fry up on the Aga. All the flowers were very appreciated too. Highly recommend Sula Brunch House at Gweek Boatyard and also Flora on the Trelowarren Estate.

We´ve had a wonderful stay, it´s the most special place which has been a home, not just a holiday ´base´. We loved being at the house and enjoyed the beautiful surroundings but we´ve been busy exploring too. Highlights include seeing dolphins as we walked the coastal path to Nanjizal Beach, rock pooling near Sennen, Frenchman´s Greek circular walk from Helford village, plus pottering around Falmouth, Penzance and Newlyn. We adore this part of Cornwall.

What a magical stay in Cornwall! We had the most peaceful stay at Tangle Belle which is nestled in a quiet corner, completely surrounded by trees, birdsong and nature. It´s a place to truly switch off and unwind. The house sits in a beautiful forest with the calming sound of the river. The welcome basket is also full of local treats, which is a lovely touch. This is a place to decompress and slow down, Benson loved the garden!

We have had a wonderful week. The weather has been amazing, we have visited some wonderful places and done some fantastic walks. Having such a beautiful cottage to come back to has truly been the icing on the cake.

What a find Tangle Belle is – our own magical retreat! A gorgeous cottage in the most idyllic of settings. We couldn´t have felt more at home if we tried. We loved playing in the stream with our 11-month-old son and watching the robins hop along the grass in the most beautiful garden. A perfect place to hang out in the sunshine. Thank you for sharing this wonderful place with us. We´ve made special memories and will be sure to come back.

The setting of the Tangle Belle is enchanting, tucked away in the valley, surrounded by woodlands and a beautiful garden. We loved it! The property itself is lovely and equipped with everything you could hope for.

What a fabulous few days we have had. This beautiful little cottage was an absolute haven and offered my husband, I, and our children the most wonderful opportunity to relax and reset together. The linens are so soft and luxurious, the AGA such a treat, and the location is so special. Surrounded by food gems, fresh fish from Dylan up the road, pizza and pastries from Flora, rambling swimming, and toasted marshmallows. All that we hoped for and more. We will certainly be back. What a find! A beautifully presented, comfortable cottage in an incredible setting. We felt right at home instantly. The stream at the end of the garden is something special too. A perfect getaway for our solo Christmas break - super cosy and relaxing. An ideal location for exploring the surrounding coastline and villages, we even ventured to Sennen! The only downside is we now need an Aga in our lives! We´ll be back for sure.

We have had a magical week here at Tangle Belle. The kids loved playing in the stream and we loved the peace and tranquillity of the garden. A real oasis of calm even with a six and three-year-old! Kennack Sands is our top tip for a child-friendly lovely beach, only 15 minutes away.

It was very nice to stay here for a week, walking through the garden with our one year old, exploring the beaches, dipping into the ocean, and taking a look at the stream every morning. We loved BBQs in the garden, and had such a wonderful time. We wish we´d booked two weeks instead of one!
