The owner went above and beyond to help us have the best experience. She gave us extra tips of where to visit and eat. It was helpful to speak to Unique Homestays initially when we made the booking. We were given reassurance of the distance to the beach and that it is dog friendly at this time of year. We loved the charm and authenticity of the property. The welcome hamper was excellent and full of local, good quality produce. The bathroom toiletries were beautiful and good quality too.

Absolutely love The Limit. Becca is such a great host. Really lovely stay, I wish it had been longer! I cannot wait to book again and return to The Limit.

This is my third visit to The Limit this year and it´s only April! Testament to how much I love it here, it´s my bolthole away from the madness. I can´t think of a nicer spot; beautiful beach, quiet hillside, hot tub with owls overhead. I hope you enjoy The Limit as much as I do.

We booked The Limit as it is a beautiful property in an amazing location. It had everything we were looking for, privacy, a hot tub, a log burner, beautiful walks on the doorstep... It did not disappoint! Perfect!

It was amazing! From the moment we set off in the morning to the day we sadly had to leave. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised by the variety of personal touches for both us and our dogs. The Limit is exactly as the pictures show, immaculately clean with more than enough facilities for a long stay. Incredible views whilst sat in the hot tub after a long day exploring the sand dunes and coastal walks, plus a secret garden which was perfect for our dogs to explore. Overall a fantastic little gem in an amazing location with attentive owners. Easily the best property we have stayed in.

What a fabulous week we´ve had here at The Limit. A beautiful location, stunning accommodation, and we feel totally relaxed! The birdsong has become a very welcome background noise. The mixed weather has meant we´ve made the most of everything; the hot tub, the BBQ, the fire pit, and the woodburner! From dawn ´til dusk this has been incredible!

By far the most stunning place we have ever stayed. Your attention to detail and kind hearts have made our stay one we will never forget. It was made so much more magical as we got engaged in the dunes at Holywell Bay. This place really will hold the most special place in our hearts, always. We have had an amazing stay for our honeymoon. It has been the most relaxing stay with all our needs catered for here at The Limit, from surfing on the beach, exploring St Ives and Padstow. We have had a great introduction to Cornwall. Thanks for everything.

The Smiley-Buffingtons hailed from Utah, USA for the most wonderful honeymoon at The Limit. Our first trip to England together. Holywell Bay is magic with a bottle of bubbly in the evenings. Watched rabbits nibble in the yard while we cooked supper and even got lost trying to find Smugglers Den Inn on foot. Simply a perfect trip to Cornwall. We would love to come again.

Our third visit to The Limit and it continues to deliver. A lovely place for some rest and relaxation in a fabulous location. Sadly the weather prevented us from making full use of the terrace for ´al fresco´ suppers but we managed a few breakfasts outdoors. The Limit is a real gem and well worth re-visiting.
