Thank you for a great week. This was the best house with everything you could ever need. It was so great not having to leave the house and still having so much to do. We caught lots of carp, loved the treehouse, pool, pizza oven, toasting marshmallows on the firepit. The boys also loved the playroom. It was all exceptional, thank you!

The setting is simply breathtaking, particularly in the autumnal light, the house itself is both exquisite and elegantly appointed, with every comfort and amenity thoughtfully provided. Your recommendations for the local pub were delightful and we all enjoyed the best Sunday roast at The Star Inn. We thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of what is, without question, a magnificent yet understated residence. We very much hope to have the pleasure of returning in 2026.

We had the time of our lives! Our experience with Unique Homestays was made truly unforgettable thanks to our incredible hosts. From the moment we arrived, they went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed, comfortable, and completely at home. The home was located in one of our favourite counties. Roserai is exquisitely beautiful and provided the luxurious solitude we were looking for, while also being very accessible and close to many attractions and amenities, should they be needed. The house was a true home from home – the only thing we should have done was book for longer!

We can´t imagine a more wonderful relaxing and beautiful ´home away from home´ here in the English countryside. The gardens, the lake, the pool, the sauna and the house itself together made for a deeply restorative and inspiring stay. What a pleasure to see the heron on the lake. Lisa gave us massages - blissful! Heartfelt thanks to the owners for the care and vision that went into creating and sharing such a peaceful oasis. We look forward to returning!

We had the best easter weekend at Roserai, we didn´t want to leave. The hot tub and pool house are just amazing, and we had an incredible treatment from Lisa. The Hosuekeeper was so helpful and kind. Hopefully, we´ll be back soon. Thank you!

Our last stay at Roserai back in October 2022 was so nice that we chose to come back for another one week stay. We visited some castles and gardens nearby and went on a one day trip to London. We will return soon!

A fabulous week of family reunion with three generations under one roof! We absolutely loved the spa facilities with lots of time lounging around and incredible spa treatments from the lovely Lisa- highly recommend! Dinner at both versions of The Star Inn- both at Waldron and Heathfield Waldron definitely book (especially with children), the food was delicious. Heathfield had a lovely garden. Beautiful runs down Dem Lane to Chiddingly and up the hill to Heathfield. Thank you for a lovely stay.

After two years apart due to travel restrictions, Roserai was the perfect destination to unwind, unplug and reconnect. Being here at Christmas felt particularly special - thank you for every little touch and the attention to detail. Your home has inspired me to get on with buying mine in Upstate New York! Thank you.

From the moment we arrived, we knew this house was very special. This is a home-from-home, but so much more. Here to celebrate mum´s 65th birthday and retirement from the NHS during Covid, we couldn´t have picked a more perfect setting. With the weather on our side, we enjoyed pool parties, barbecues and pizzas and the children spent much time in the pool learning to be fish! What a fantastic week away. The house was very cosy, especially when it was raining and the fire was lit. The styling of the house was perfection.
