The Unique Homestays portfolio grows through recommendations from discerning travellers who share our passion for exceptional homes. While other holiday home agencies may chase quantity, we welcome just 4% of properties that enquire; each chosen for its architectural distinction, setting and interior design. We’re looking for homes with soul. Perhaps it’s that reimagined castle owned by a distant cousin, or that glass pavilion you stumbled upon last summer. In this modern world, we believe such gems should be shared. And between us and our guests, they’ll be in good hands.
Finder fees for successful referrals
Some property owners will want to maximise revenue by letting their home full time, while others might consider renting it out while they travel. Either way, we can provide revenue projections based on individual availability. We're particularly interested in properties where the owner has created something beyond the conventional, with a desire to share its charm with like-minded guests. Referral fees range from £2,000 to £5,000, with the final amount determined by factors including (but not limited to) the size of the property and the availability of weeks made available to Unique Homestays.
