Following the huge success of the first episode, the Conwall-based luxury accommodation provider Unique Homestays is set to make a return to the small screen after being asked to take part in the second series of Cornwall with Caroline Quentin, a national television show. The first episode of which will be aired on January 7th 2013.

The prime time ITV1 series called Cornwall with Caroline Quentin, will take in some of the delights of the beautiful and rugged county over the course of a Cornish summer. Each episode includes stories about life in some of the county’s most scenic towns and villages and features characters from its communities. The beautiful and truly exclusive luxury homes offered by Unique Homestays are shown in the programme as part of its focus on highlighting tourism in Cornwall and the range of beautiful places to stay on offer in the county.

The production company behind the show, Twofour, have had previous success with shows such as the long running 'Hotel Inspector', and the BBC's inspirational 'Harry's Arctic Heroes'.

Unique Homestays’ Marketing Manager Claire Ray said: “Tourism is one of the biggest revenues for a beautiful county like Cornwall and if our 25% increase in bookings as a result of being featured in the last show is anything to go by, the Cornish tourism industry as a whole will have seen a great influx of business and tourism since the last show in January 2012 which is great news for the local economy."
