We have been back for our top-up that Orlagh never fails to give us. The sound of the crashing waves and rain lashing against the windows is a comforting sound. We have enjoyed watching and naming constellations from the hot tub, whatever the weather! No doubt we will return later in the year...

We needed somewhere to afford us some headspace and celebrate our anniversary and my 50th. Orlagh proves that little UK adventures are as rewarding as the more distant ones and the vast skies here are a reminder how beautiful our own country is. Complemented by such a warm, welcoming, comfortable and superbly presented homestay with truly thoughtful hosts. Life is short but it’s ok to slow down and relax now and again and there is no better place to do so than here.

We have had another wonderful stay at Orlagh. The weather was a total contrast to our last stay at the same time of year. But equally delightful. Our love of this place has not diminished in any way. We love the sound of the waves and total tranquillity of the cabin. We are totally smitten and planning a return again next year.

What an amazing place to relax & forget about life for a moment! Beautiful views of water, stars & surfers. The beach is perfect for an energetic dog. Hopefully, we get an opportunity to come back.

Wow, what an amazing place with absolutely everything catered for. The views are breathtaking and a piece of paradise. We have loved our week here, especially sitting in the hot tub listening to the waves crashing against the shore. We have sampled every type of weather, and this has only added to the atmosphere. We can recommend the cafe at the top of the hill. Thank you for letting us stay at this beautiful place. We will hopefully return one day.

What a place to honeymoon! We have loved the beautiful view, the glorious sunshine and the surprising sound of laughing rain. Such a well thought out luxury in a beautiful corner of the world. Serenity once more, plus sunshine every day! Thank you for sharing this glorious cliff-edge spot. We had three goldcrests on the patio and spotted a pod of dolphins last evening - pure delight. Our stay has been all too brief - yet it´s been such a joy.

What a superb four nights here! The views and property were superb. Relaxing, quiet and luxurious. We enjoyed walks in both directions, just sitting on the terrace or soaking in the hot tub. What a fantastic place to stay. Such a wonderful contrast to busy city life. Being able to wake up in the morning and hear nothing except silence and maybe some birdsong. Beautiful appointed property with a very comfortable bed and lots of hot water to warm up after being in the winter sunshine. Fingers crossed we will be back again soon.

The views are spectacular and will forever be imprinted in our memories. We fully embraced the hot tub, catching some rays while the sea air blew across our faces. The best part was staying in a cottage where the attention to detail is so much appreciated. The decor reflects a place that is much loved and we are so thankful that you shared this with us. When I asked my partner to find us a place to stay, I described a cottage facing the ocean on the edge of the world, surrounded only by nature. The type of place you would escape to and write a novel, et Voila, Orlagh. Your cottage is amazing. What an unbelievable privilege to have stayed here. We have woken up to the sounds and view of the ocean, interrupted only by the calls of the nesting seagulls and jackdaws, an extra special treat.

Our stay here was incredible and encompassed all the elements we could have wished for & more. The layout, the interior design, the soft furnishings, the kitchen equipment; every detail was of a high quality and standard. I have to mention the welcome hamper, which included enough locally produced sumptuous goodies to make a dinner and breakfast. We have thoroughly enjoyed our most recent escape to Cornwall. The wonderful architecture and finish have contributed to an exquisite space within Orlagh which made this a remarkable break for us. A truly relaxing holiday combined with the local area, walks and scenery have re-charged the batteries and we can only thank you for that!
